How to better apply and maintain explosion-proof solenoid valve?

With the rapid development of modern production, the explosion-proof solenoid valve has become an indispensable important equipment in the industrial field due to their excellent performance and wide range of application scenarios.

Therefore, understanding the basic content of the explosion-proof solenoid valve and how to use and maintain them correctly is crucial to ensuring the normal operation of equipment and improving production efficiency and safety.

I. Application Scope:

The explosion-proof solenoid valve is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, natural gas, aerospace, military and other fields. It is mainly used to control the flow of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases or liquids, to ensure the normal operation of the production systems, and prevent fire and explosion accident.

IIComposition and Structure:

The explosion-proof solenoid valve is mainly composed of electromagnet, valve body, valve core, spring and so on.

Core driving component: Electromagnet, including coil and iron core. Magnetic field is generated to drive the valve core to move when energized.

Main structure: Valve body, made of corrosion-resistant material, with flow channel designed inside to control the flow of medium.

Critical moving parts: vale core, which moves under the action of the Electromagnet, changes the on-off state of the flow channel, and realizes medium control.

Auxiliary parts: including seals, springs, explosion-proof structures, etc., to ensure the sealing performance, reset function and explosion-proof safety.

When the electromagnet is energized, it generates magnetic force to attract the valve core to move and open the valve. When the power is cut off, the spring resets the valve core and the valve body and the closes.

This mechatronic intelligent control component based on electromagnetic principle has the characteristics of explosion-proof, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.

III. Maintenance Knowledge

1. Installation location selection: When installing the explosion-proof solenoid valve, it should be installed in a location away from flammable and explosive substances to ensure good ventilation and avoid high temperatures that may affect the normal operation of the solenoid valve.

2. Waterproof and dust-proof measures: Due to the complex industrial environment, explosion-proof solenoid valves need to take corresponding waterproof and dust-proof measures to protect internal components from damage.

3.Regular inspection:Regularly inspect the working status of the explosion-proof solenoid valve, including power lines, seals, connecting threads and other parts to ensure that there is no looseness or damage.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly remove dust and oil accumulated on the surface, and check whether the seals are intact. This helps to extend the service life of the solenoid valve and maintain its normal working condition.

5. Lubrication Maintenance: For parts that need lubrication, such as pistons, valve cores, etc., regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to reduce friction and wear.

6. Regular replacement of wearing parts: According to the usage and manufacturer’s recommendations, regularly replace some wearing parts, such as sealing rings, springs, etc., to ensure the sealing and stability of the solenoid valve.

7. Fastener inspection: Regularly check whether the connecting threads, fasteners and other components are loose, and tighten or replace them in time to avoid leakage or other failures.
