ZJHM pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve adopts sleeve guidance, pressure balanced double sealing surface and single sealing surface structure. It is a force balanced regulating valve. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has advantages of small structure and large output force. It is more suitable for use conditions of good dynamic stability, low noise, cavitation flash, high and low temperature, and high pressure difference fluid control.

Diaphragm valves consists of a valve body, a flexible diaphragm, and a seat upon which the diaphragm closes the valve. The valve body may be constructed from plastic, brass, carbon steel, stainless steel and so on.
Diaphragm is made from NBR or Viton with fiber inside, other rubber can be used also.
TPE & PTFE is also used in some special diaphragm valves.
There are many types of diaphragm valves.
ZJHP & ZJHM are the very important series in diaphragm valve family.

Types of diaphragm valves

Diaphragm valves are kinds of special cut-off valves or block valves, which can classified into different types according to construction (house type, straight flow type, straight through type, disc type, and right angle type), connection (flange type), motion (manual type, electric type, and pneumatic type), application site (general type, food type, and sanitory type), and material (cast iron type, cast steel type, stainless steel type, and plastic type).
