Installation note

I. The model and parameter printed on the label shall be checked that whether they are totally conforming with the actual technical requirements or not.

II. The valve body, solenoid coil, plunger, and DIN43650 connector shall be ensured with no damages.

III. The pipeline shall be ensured clean, otherwise relative filtering devices shall be installed on the pipeline.

IV. The valve port shall be connected with pipeline according to the direction arrowhead indicated (same to the fluid flow direction), and the connection seals are in good condition.

V. The best installation method is perpendicular to pipeline and keep solenoid coil upward. The maximum inclination angle should be less than 30°, otherwise the normal operation can not be ensured.

VI. When the solenoid valve is installed outdoors, the protective cover is necessary to make sure its performance and long service life.

Attention

I. The solenoid coil shall not be covered when it is powered in order to avoid overheating or even burnout.

II. Do not touch the working solenoid coil because of its high temperature.

III. Do not hit and knock the solenoid valve.

IV. All the application scenarios shall be in the range of solenoid valve technical data.
